Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Delays may occur due to high demand or carrier issues – if your order is late and you haven’t heard from us, just reach out. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Import Fees

Any customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of you as the customer. These fees are set by your country’s regulations and are outside our control.

Return Policy

Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@safepatches.com to start a return.
The item must be unused and in original packaging. You’ll cover return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Limitation of Liability & Product Usage Disclaimer

SafePatches are designed to help repel ticks and reduce the likelihood of tick bites using natural plant-based essential oils. However, like all repellent products, SafePatches cannot guarantee complete protection against ticks, tick bites, or any diseases ticks may carry. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Spending time outdoors carries inherent risks, including exposure to ticks, insects, plants, and other natural hazards.
  • No tick repellent product — natural or chemical-based — can offer 100% protection against tick bites.
  • SafePatches cannot be held liable for tick bites, insect bites, illnesses, infections, or any health conditions sustained while using our products.
  • It is your responsibility to determine whether SafePatches are suitable for you, your child, or other members of your household.
  • We strongly recommend combining SafePatches with other tick-prevention practices, including wearing long sleeves and long pants in tick-prone areas, tucking pants into socks, performing thorough tick checks after time outdoors, and showering shortly after returning indoors.

Tick Bite & Health Disclaimer

While SafePatches are designed to repel ticks, no product can guarantee that a tick will not land on, attach to, or bite the wearer. Ticks may carry serious illnesses, including but not limited to Lyme disease, anaplasmosis, babesiosis, ehrlichiosis, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, and tick-borne encephalitis (TBE).

By using SafePatches, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • SafePatches are a preventative aid, not a medical device, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • SafePatches have not been evaluated by the FDA, Health Canada, the MHRA, or any equivalent regulatory body for the prevention or treatment of tick-borne illnesses.
  • It remains your responsibility to perform regular tick checks after spending time outdoors, regardless of whether SafePatches were worn.
  • If you find an attached tick, you should remove it promptly and consult a medical professional if symptoms develop.
  • SafePatches and its parent company cannot be held responsible for any tick bite, illness, infection, or medical condition that occurs before, during, or after using our products.

Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

SafePatches are made with natural essential oils, including Geranium, Peppermint, Thyme, and Cedarwood. While these ingredients are generally well-tolerated, some individuals may experience allergic reactions or skin sensitivity to one or more components.

By purchasing and using SafePatches, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is your responsibility to review the full ingredient list before use and confirm that you and any user are not allergic to any of the essential oils or materials used.
  • SafePatches are designed to be applied to clothing or fabric — not directly to bare skin.
  • Applying SafePatches directly to skin may cause irritation, redness, rashes, itching, allergic reactions, or other skin discomfort, especially in individuals with sensitive skin, eczema, or known essential oil allergies.
  • If a reaction occurs, remove the patch immediately, wash the affected area with soap and water, and consult a medical professional if symptoms persist or worsen.
  • SafePatches cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or any other adverse reactions caused by improper use, undisclosed allergies, or failure to follow product instructions.

Use With Children, Pets & Vulnerable Individuals

SafePatches for kids are intended for children 6 months and older, applied to clothing only. Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

By using SafePatches with children, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • It is the parent's or guardian's sole responsibility to apply, monitor, and remove patches appropriately.
  • Patches should never be placed where a small child could peel them off and put them in their mouth or eyes. Keep all patches and packaging out of reach of children when not in active use.
  • If accidentally ingested, contact poison control or seek medical attention immediately.
  • SafePatches for human use are not designed or intended for use on pets. We make no claims about effectiveness or safety when used on animals, and we are not responsible for any harm that may result.

Proper Use & User Responsibility
